Old cars. The ignorant unwashed are in a great rush to scrap perfecetly decent vehicles because they can get, ooh, £2k for a car worth £500. Never mind that the sCRAPpage scheme automatically dictates by definition that the car has to be scrapped, producing a whole heap of CO2 in the process.
