di Montezemolo next to be forced out?

Whilst I don't think even the ego of Max Mosley would think he could do it, but I bet he is wondering how he can force Luca to be quiet at the moment. Speaking at Frankfurt di Montezemolo has re-iterated his desire for three car teams, big names to be involved in F1 and that the future won't be about small teams. Mosley must be spitting feathers, I kind of hope he doesn't realise that if he takes on di Montezemolo he would be taking on Fiat, Italy and, quite likely, the Mafia. It would be fun to see!

Todt may have his own reasons to take on di Montezemolo. I agree, however, that Mosley probably doesn't have time left. We can count it down in days now until he goes.

AFAIK the only person stopping the 3 car teams is Frank Williams. It needs a unanimous decision by all teams and he is blocking it.

I'm not saying it was as that could be a very dangerous thing to suggest, but I do wonder if there might have been a lot more to it than a simple drugs overdose. My actual suspicion is that it was a suicide, but at the time Mosley was very much in disagreement with di Montezemolo and therefore I did ponder that there may have been a link.

All this document leaking malarkey was surely designed toput pressure on Renault.

Until Spanky goes and someone of Ari's ilk takes the helm, the FIA just leaves a bad smell on whatever it gets involved in.

Unfortunatly it seems to be a done deal for Toad. I don't think Ari stands an icecream's chance in hell of getting in. Which is a shame, because he has a good attitude to be going in with.

True, but its then upto the teams to speak up with one voice that they dont want Todt there. The last thing the sport needs is another Ferrari YES Man. Just because he fell out with Monte does not mean he fell out with the Ferrari name and brand which we all know lives with anyone that has been part of the family. Similar to Roy Kean leaving Man Utd because he fell out with Fergie - this does not mean he does not have Man Utd blood running through his veins.
