In the market for a Clubsport

Hi,
some of you may know me from Seloc. I'm driving a S1 and do some sprints/hillclimbs in Belgium and the Netherlands. I'm now going for an A2 curcuit license and currently looking for a cheap Clubsport to start off with. I've read the threads here and seen the talks on maintainance costs. How much? 2K a year?
Any Clubsports around that is not on the main classified web sites?
What shall I go for with a budget on about 10K?
