With a name like 'Millie' you just know she comes from a privileged background, born with a silver spoon up her arse, went to a posh school, is currently doing fk all with her life to annoy her parents by being an 'eco-warrior' before she eventually joins the family law firm or some such.

Why are they dressed as Victorians? Is that the period they wish we were back in?
