Ebay have charged me £39 for nothing?

I have just had a billing come through from 'Ebay Europe Sarl' for £39.00

I have only sold 2 things on there this months an the other £37 comes up on my account as 'Credits'

What is this? I'm a bit peeved tbh because i can't see what its for

Neither of the listings have finished yet, but they come to less than £2 and the other £37 is listed under 'Credits'
