Lovely scrape on left by neighbour!

Left early this morning for a meeting and while stopped on the A1 to fill up I was admiring my car and then noticed that the rear nearside bumper had a black scrape and 2 10p sized areas of paint missing... Great start to the day!

My Z4MC is silver... can anyone recommend a good and inexpensive place to get this repaired within a reasonable distance to Twickenham? At the same time I might get a couple of alloy wheels refurbed.
