focus idle

is there anybody out there who can help me with my sisters car,i have put a new fuel rail on and new set of spark plugs.plus reset the e.c.u. but now it idles funny misfires below 2000 revs above this runs perfect.is there anyone out who can help me.thanks to zad i clean all connections and checked the coil pack and is all ok.but the problem is still there.PLEASE ANYONE HELP

What was moved/disconnected in order to access the fuel rail? I would be looking at HT leads, coil pack connections, throttle potentiometer etc. Check, clean, refit. Might it have a fuel pressure sensor on the rail?
