Somewhere to work on a car near Derby...

I've got the Mini sat in a unit I share in Leamington, since moving to Derby a while back its an hour and a half drive away which isn't helping getting it on the road.
Been keeping an eye out for something nearby but haven't had any luck so far (don't work with quite so many petrolheads anymore which doesn't help!), would anyone on here have any leads? Just a unit I can work on the car in, last place was part of a barn.
Think I'll be asking a few more local farmers nicely in the meantime
