Lead mechanic needed

We require a lead technician to organise and run the workshop.

The candidate should ideally have at least 5 years experience in running GT sports cars or similar to a high standard of build and success.

We are looking for a broad variety of skills including:
General Mechanic
Mig/tig welding
Fabrication
Composites
Engine Building
Gearbox and Diff maintenance
Mapping

We require someone that is a self starter and able to manage their own time, as well as that of others, hit deadlines and think through problems.

We are based near Castle Combe in Wiltshire.

There's a guy fitting lead flashings to a church roof near Me at the moment, I suppose He must be some sort of lead technician (not sure he knows anything about racing cars though!).

Tongue was firmly in cheek but I'm glad someone appreciated it. In all honesty I hope He finds someone suitable, that sounds like a great job (which sadly I'm not qualified for).
