Dont know how xforce compare but you could ask them for a try-y vs 4-1 comparison.
IMO Id get a 1-7/8 set of headers. What will you do for the 3" cat back? Im not aware anyone makes a 3" catback off the shelf over here?

easy enough to get a 3" custom exhaust made up but obviously adds to cost. Not a bad price for those headers though when you include the sports cats. Shipping will be expensive though as they are large, heavy items. If going down that road I'd ask if they can offer ceramic coating while they're at it. Shouldn't add much more than 100-150 quid to the cost but will reduce engine bay temps without the corrosive effect of say wrapping them. Re 2.5" systems - only if you are trying to cut costs further and have no plans for serious power mods down the line.

yes

Your gains will decrease from around 420rwhp compared to a 3" setup.

Take a look at the dyno day results would be a help.

IIRC normal exhaust and tune setups from the various places come out around 320-330rwhp with the LS2.
Ive not seen any LS3 stuff to comment, but Id guess around 340-350rwhp with that. Tiler suggested even 400rwhp was possible with an exhaust and tune in the LS3, which I wouldnt disagree with, but it would need a pretty spot on setup.

Should be interesting to see what numbers come out anyway. I think there is a dyno day in Oct some time.
