One of the triangle type elec keys is not working on my W211 E280. I have changed the battery but to no avail. The fob red light still comes on when pressed, but that's all. Any help greatly appreciated.

sounds like the key is faulty,the tansponder is seperate to the remote,if you live near blackpool i can test it for you.
