On a 2001 honda accord 2.0l vtec sport
what rpm does the vtec kick in
and in fith gear what speed does the vtec kick in

About 4,500rpm? So somewhere between 95 and 100 in 5th?

i think those engines are sohc, so I doubt you'll feel any "kick" at all compared to dohc vtec engines.
