Stuck in Japan, I have a lack of decent ingredients.
I am bored with cooking Indian/Italian/Mexican all the time.
No meat, no fish.

I need something that has easy to obtain ingredients.

I find miso boring, but I have tofu 3 or 4 times a week, it is suprisingly versatile.
