Vipers for sale

I've seen this company advertising Vipers for sale in Sweden a few times.
They pick up UK and other Euro ads and stick them out under their own name.

Eg, Nads car

There may not necessarily be anything wrong with this. No doubt they tell prospective purchasers that they are bringing the car in from abroad.
But I just wanted to let people know they're doing it - and putting on a 4 or 5k mark up.

How's that work then? Do they buy the car from the seller, sign the transfer slip on the Logbook, then sell the car on to the new purchaser?? Not sure how you do that?

What if you decide to buy that car advertised then pay the company the monies then find the car has been sold elsewhere?
