Please can you lot help me with some info.

I'm a keen Nissan man and I want a 300ZX. I've seen one at a very good price but I am a little suspicious about the add. For a start the model the vendor claims it is (see topic title) is something I've never heard of. Admittedly they do say it was a limited edition, one of only 25 made! I thought they were Twin Turbo or not, and that's it. If anyone knows any details I'd be greatful if you could enlighten me.

Why would a Nissan have a *Honda* Type R designation.

Sounds like a car with stickers to me.....

That sounds like complete horse poo, I'm 99.99% certain that "GTI Type R" is some kind of fantasy in the sellers head.

Sounds rubbish to me - Nissan have used monikers like GTiR for some of their cars, but a google search for "300zx gtir" or "300zx gti" doesn't turn up anything, so I'm doubtful...

Hmmm, never heard of it either. May be the vendor can shed a little more light?

Good luck with your Zed shopping though

Sorry, misses is watching Eastenders while I drink beer and post to PH. Obviously the Eastenders is going to my head 'cause I didn't mean to post and empty reply.
