I spotted a load of these yesterday, reduced from £15. It's the 3 litre version which would be ideal for 4 people.

I don't know if it is just the Burgh Heath store selling these, since I can't find the item online.

Worth a look, anyway.

I know... I know... getmecoat

But it is good for certain things. Hendrick's gin is cheaper at Asda than anywhere else, plus I found a set of two nice quality wooden chopping boards for £2, in addition to the £7 slow cooker. smile

In fact, their unpackaged, loose corn on the cob for 25p each are chuffing lovely at the moment, especially if you cook them still in their skins.
I didn't know you could do that. Just bung them in the oven?

I do find it amusing that you can normally save 50p a cob if someone hasn't deleafed and shrinkwrapped them. Not the trickiest job in the world.
