Welsh Holiday Cottage
Discussion
Morning All,
I know this gets asked regularly but any help happily accepted!
Looking for a holiday cottage to sleep aprox 8 people for the new year, in Wales.
Looking for somethign quite remote, or at least secluded / not on a holiday park, not in the grounds of another house etc.
Something like this would be ideal but sadly its booked up.

Any suggestions or decent websites to look on.
And yes i know i've left it late.
Cheers
Dan

I booked this cottage http://www.y-stabal.co.uk/ for our local car club weeekend away in July this year. Great cottage with 6 bedrooms. In a small village just outside of Bala.

Has a row of cottages alongside it owned by the Kings head, pub is open till whenever, massive car park, not to far from anywhere, but secluded enough

We've used this lot http://www.qualitycottages.co.uk/ a few times now and can recommend them.
They seem small enough to actually vet the places they take on, unlike the company we went with previously, we certainly haven't had a bad cottage from them.
EDIT - they have a specific New Year section - http://www.qualitycottages.co.uk/newyear.php
