So, organising a stag do for my mate and thought somewhere in Scandanavia would be good.. Anyone got some good experiences? What specific countries should we go for?
Very expensive. Especially alcohol which is insanely taxed due to issues they have with alcoholism. And I'd assume alcohol has it's place as part of the stag weekend.
When I lived (and got married in Norway ) you had a your stag party on the ferry to England, sadly now stopped, I live in fear of having to fund my sons stag party there. My answer to the question posed in the title is 'don't'
Went to a mates stag and wedding in Norway a few years back. On arrival I got the first round in. The locals and barman were looking at me funny and then I realised why... 10 beers = overdraft. Don't do it unless you are loaded.
