advise on purchase

Hi

I would appreciate some advice on the car below listed on PH:

The things to look out for are the PAS pump (although I am not even sure I know what I am looking for) and the suspension to see if is it leaking or not?

Am I correct that revs should rise with all the electrics working and at that mileage I am likely to need new discs and potentially a clutch?
