Ford Connect speed limiter removal

Just picked up my new van and am utterly horrified that it hits a brick wall at an indicated 73mph. It just doesn't feel safe having only a braking margin (even worse after the 540) and no acceleration margin to get negotiate a hazard.

Anyhoo, anyone able to do this or do I need to visit the stealers?
