Bathurst 1000 V8Supercar race is on 4 OCT, starts around 1AM Sun morn. ACE cafe traditionally have an Aussie Cars day to coincide, usually get 30 or so Monaros, HSV's also some older aussie cars Holdens, Valiant Charger, F*rd GT's etc. Sometimes live music, a good feed and chinwag. Usually a good day out.

errr... sorry to piss on your chips, but someone at the Ace needs to check their dates. Bathurst is on the following weekend, Sunday 11/10

lol and looking at the actual Bathurst race weekend the Ace is booked up for other events. Anyway everyone should be at Brands this Sunday cheering on Vauxhall and Giovanardi in his attempt to win the BTCC for the 3rd time in a row in Vauxhalls last race.

There's a few of us going to the Breakfast Club at Cosford on the Sunday, don't know whether I'll make the Ace this time Chris, I have a lot of work to do. I'll make my mind up Saturday morning.

Gents....as tim the pool man says above, the Ace have got their dates wrong. Brands is this weekend...Bathurst is the following weekend.
