Quick queston i am a garutor( or how ever u spell) for me ex mobile contract.
I just wondering if it is possible for me to take my name off it cause i dont want to be stuck paying her debt off if she cant.

oh shes 18 now but was 17 when she opend it

I think you need her to do it, I had a contract when I was 15 which was obviously too young, so it has always been in mum's name. Which was good but 4 years down the line it's a real PITA as Vodafone will refuse to speak to me when it fks up. Luckily the contract is almost over and now I'll be getting my own. Anyways I digress. Basically she needs to sort it out if the contract is in her name. If it's registered in your name then simply ring the company up and tell them you want to change the contract to be in her name. If she's not on Vodafone then it shouldn't be a problem, otherwise they will offer you about as much help as a Fiat dealership.
