Anyone got access to TSB's?

I get an intermittent P0689 code on my '05 VXR, and from a googling it seems to be covered in this tsb:

06-06-04-007 FEB 06 Electrical - DTC P0606/P0689/P1516/P1682/P2176

It set the other day just after start, and it sounded like the throttle body "fluttered" before it set.
Car drives fine, and if you clear the code it doesn't come back for a while.

I'm guessing it could be something to do with the pedal? Anyone got any ideas?

Some conditions need to repeat a number of times before a DTC is set. It may be you are getting the condition but you don't see anything for a while unitl the DTC sets and the MIL tells you.

There can be TB problems with these cars. Check the connections on it first.
