i don't know if anyone has seen this on bbc1, i have seen a couple now as i am stuck at home off sick (so bored).

but some woman in ipswich takes the biscuit this morning, she agreed to have all sorts done to her home, by a builder she met at a car boot sale, who was selling his own tools from the back of his lorry. what was she thinking?

the daftest part of the whole show is they never name the builders so some other sap is going to get caught.

still its made me laugh in a very crappy week smile

There are too many of these Rogue Traders type programmes on the telly these days - it's about time we had one that exposes the nuggets that fall for the scams.

To be fair, it does point out the mistakes these people make and asks them what they've learnt.

That was her.

To be fair, there was another one that found her builder through word of mouth, which is often said to be the best way....she got well & truly turned over too.
