I have been reading the manual regarding the use of the 2 SD card slots behind the nav screen. It says that you can use SD cards that are either 32mb, 64mb, 128mb, or 256mb formatted to FAT 16.

Is there a way to format a larger card i.e. 1GB to fool the nav system into thinking it's 256mb? Also, how would I format the card into FAT 16? Is that possible from Vista?

I hope someone can help, as it would be handy to use SD cards so as not to have to keep changing disks in the changer.

Thanks

Problem solved, I formated the card to FAT not FAT 32 and it works.

You can use up to 4Gb cards but you must make sure they are SD not SDHC spec. Amazon has them.

Thanks for that, Can I put albums in individual folders, or do I need to copy all my mp3's straight to the root?
