Pattypan Squash

Planted what I thought was a normal courgette plant a wee while ago, few months later seems it's actually a pattypan squash.

Anyone cooked with these before? Any tested recipe suggestions? Oh, and if anyone happens to know when to harvest them that would be fab, otherwise it's over to Homes, Gardens and DIY with me!
