We do, but Malc wants another one for me(even tho he said I could pick my own car) and I only have a little finance left, its the maybe not making or importing more that is bothering me as I do like the car

I would have thought one is enough? Personally I'd wait and spend the time deciding what car you like. Go to a few dealers and drive a few on demo. All the fun is in the buying in my opinion.

A few years ago my local Alfa dealer lent me a 1.6 147 Twin Spark. It wasn't fast but it revved to 7k rpm and was such good fun I nearly bought one. Instead I bought the Monaro but it was the unlikely Alfa that got me out of diesel and back into petrol. Try a few out I say.

I'm not suggesting you go with your head. Heart every time, just enjoy the buying experience by trying out a few daft motors both new and second hand. How about one of these? About the same price as the R8 and faster too on most roads.

If you want to go the Mustang way, the Bullitt is really nice. Put a SC on it and it's almost as quick as a SC monaro.
