Castle Combe Rally Day 2009...Who's Who?

Hiya,

I was at Castle Combe Rally day this year, was a great day, but wonder if anyone knows who this is (in the middle with the beard and blue shirt)?


He was at the Ford WRC stand, I recognise him but not sure where from, its really annoying me now, I also saw him again today in Surrey...any ideas?
