Thinking of changing my wheels from 16" to 18" tuscan spider's on my speed six. My dealer wasn't sure if they would fit. Does anyone know or have they done it? If so does the dealer have to do any mods to the wheel arches to fit them. Also thinking of using bridgestone so3 tyres are they as good as so2's or other makes in the marketplace. Thanks for any advice.

She should take the full 18 inches if she knows what's good for her

You will probably need spacers as well

Ring Barry at TMS on 01664 481065 tomorrow (8.30am onwards) and he will tell you - get your chassis number ready and date of first reg, engine size and he will do the rest.

will require steering rack lock stop spacers and rear driveshaft end threads reducing fit front off-set wheels all round to stop rubbing on rear arches

It depends upon the mould (spelling) and whoever laid up the fibreglass at TVR whether 18" wheels and tyres will go on. They should do though - more likely to, rather than not to.

Err; and I just happen to have a set of 18" Bridgestone SO2s available!

Birkby don't you have something better to do? I always knew I was this sad - but you?
