Yes we have the full set up. It's certainly quicker and as for the sound, WOWyikes You don't loose any of the V8 sound. The difference is like having a blocked nose and then having a blast of sinex. You can hear the air flowing through pipes. Its awesome. It makes all the differencebounce

Do ityes

I think the LS3 might kick out a bit more noise. Tiler's sounded pretty loud.

Too loud and tinny to my ear. Went for a larger diameter difilippo setup for performance reasons and its quieter and more bassy

Ive got this on the Maloo. Loud id very loud. Not sure i would advise this without the electric switching, but it does sound great in the right places! Quiet is not much different from quiet without headers. Note this is for VXR8, not Monaro, where the difference is less pronounced.

Sounds good evil Those end pipes where they overlap, what model is it? This is different to the standard seperate quad pipes right?

Wortec System, the end pipes copy the curves in the rear light clusters..

Didnt realise they would have different diameters with being the same size outlets on the engine.

Do you know the size of the difilippo ones as opposed to the wortec ones?

Not 100% sure, but they used to be 1-3/4 primaries with 2.5" cat back. Thats if they do headers for the vxr8 yet. Im not sure on that, the monaro ones were 1-3/4 anyway.

Difilippo are available in whatever size you want. Mine are 1-7/8 and dual 3".
I think Wormus has something similar as does MadMax (Piers) and soon Gareth I think. Though he probably needs 2" primaries for his custom ported heads wink

You need to do your own calcs etc and figure out why you are buying an exhaust. Im pretty sure Jez didnt go with a 2.5" this time! In fact he should in theory anyway be doing dual 3.5" or so if he doesnt want to waste more horsepower.
