I'm led to believe it's Vauxhall Royal Blue...

Plastikote do a range of colours and their 'sumptuous purple' is an almost exact match and seems to have withstood the heat no problem. BandQ normally stock it.
Otherwise a powdercoat specialist will be able to match the original against a chart.
