What size bottom bracket for a 2009 Trek 6300?

As per topic title. It's a Shimano BB-ES25 but I don't know what size.

I would think it would be 73mm, But if I were you I would just measure it?!

The bike was not in my possession when I asked the question. Turned out it's fine, it was just loose in the frame.
