Trying to arrange my first car photo shoot

After trying many times to email some PistonHead members, I thought this would maybe be the next best place to arrange a car photo shoot with just one car.

Mainly in the Chandlers Ford or Eastleigh area. Other then that, do you think this is the right forum for such a thing.

Depends when you are thinking, and what you have in mind, but I might be up for it, only had the car for a couple of months and would definitely be keen to get some good shots of it

What days and hours suit you, mainly because I work the following shifts at Asda:

Monday: 9am - 12:30pm
Wednesday: 12pm - 3:30pm
Thursday: 5pm - 8:45pm
Friday: 2:15pm - 10pm
Sunday: 12:30pm - 4:15pm

Would need to be a weekend ideally, unfortunately I'm busy for the next three or four in a row...

Would a future Saturday be good for you, also I will not charge you the photo shoot. Since this is something new for me, even if I have been taking car shots at events for a while.

A Saturday would be good, probably best for me actually... As I say, next three or four weeks are already booked out with things on, but stay in touch

I have sent you a email about a mix of things, other then that. Give me some future Saturday's, that will work for you.

Mainly because I want it to be flexible for you, now all we need to do is find a Saturday. Which does not have any rain at all.

And finally:

I will let you know by email about 1 or 2 good shooting locations.

Gary- was just about to mention to the OP about tomorrow night's meet. Looks like a decent chance to meet plenty of SC owners and see/ shoot the metal. Catch you then.

I was looking to attend that Tuesday meet, but something came up. Other then that, I will let you lot see the shots.

Once the photo shoot has been done, and the shots have been processed. Also I will try some new things in the processing stage. Mainly because that is the only way to improve and gain experience in my view.

Never mind, there's plenty of cars in the SC region. Definitely worth making it along to a hoon or meet if you're struggling to find a subject car. Or polish up one of your family's cars and shoot that. If you can make an ordinary car look exciting you'll give people confidence in your work.

I was looking to do a shoot with my brothers 2001 Impreza WRX. However he is busy with his new born son, who was born a couple of months back.

Which means he will be more busy now.

I did get it, I just didn't know what your username was on the forum. Other then that, I am still scouting area's.

Also I have contacted some companies to see if we can maybe borrow their space to do a car photo shoot. I have even contacted Thruxton to see, if borrowing is possible.
