Ive seen what looks like a few of you guys with forced induction setups.
But has anyone done intakes, rockers, heads, cams, ECU tuning (AEM, SCT, VEC) etc?

If so what sort of results? Recommendations?

I see Striker heads from JM look like the best, but at a cost. What about ported OEM stuff? Some say that for road use they are more than sufficient and that Striker stuff is only useful at higher rpm?

Camshafts? Anyone changed theirs?

Im starting to consider viper vs corvette for next year if things pick up in the economy.

To be honest, I think asking those sort of questions, you would be better off asking on the http://forums.viperclub.org/ website. Most people over here seem to go the ROE Supercharger route type

10 4, Ive done some poking around on a wider scale and the results look ok. Was after some local info for good workshops, possibly head porters etc too.

there's quite a few running Roe blowers, and a small handful of gen2'ers who have swapped everything in your list and more

if you want to get into modding forget the VCA site and get on Alley, thats where all the knowledge and experience is, along with the well known tuners like Heffner, Hennessey, UGR etc

I don't think the Darton MID block conversions are that expensive. He gave me some favourable prices some time back so you could mail him if interested. That said, it's his own conversion and he does seem to know what he's doing smile

ETA, I'll try to find a pic to upload later.

I've gone down the NA route: race-spec head work (Ted May, Valaya Racing), cam, roller rockers. Also some minor changes to fuelling system too. I asked Ted May about fitting a Roe and he refused! His opinion was that Paxton was the only way to go for a Viper. But the Paxton set-up is a lot more ££££ so I went for the NA route.
