As if talking over the credits wasn't bad enough, tonight on the Goodwood Revival programme on ITV4 the announcer started talking over the presenters before the credits even started.

I e-mailed ITV to complain - just received this reply:

"Thank you for your feedback we will ensure those who need to know do know.

Regards

ITV VIEWER SERVICES-WA"

Maybe if a lot more folk complained they'd stop doing it

Also hate it when they 'shrink' the credits down to the corner of the screen so that they can advertise some other stty programme. This usually only happens when I want to read the credits to remember an actors name grumpy

Someone in here posted a link to a Charlie Brooker rant about that. Apparently it's BBC policy to do it these days!

I caught the end of 'To Catch a Paedophile' on ITV last night and as the presenter was saying something it went quiet and an ITV announcer said something along the lines of "If you've been affected or offended by the issues in tonights programme...", then they cut her off and right on cue the presenter of the programme said "It's me" hehe
