I've googled away to my hearts content but can't find it. Picture isn't great, but I believe it says Skate & Surf, and the number is most definately 1956.

Jamie Oliver wore it last week (and briefly this week).

I will send £5 via bank transfer to the first person to post a link to buying that exact top.

Just a thought, but Jamie does a lot of advertising for Sainsbury's, so perhaps he got it from their TU range of clothing? No online shop for that, so you'd have to go instore to look.
