I need an Electric window Regulator

My electric window (111R 2006) won't go down, apaprently it is the Electric Window Regulator but Lotus themselves won't be getting anymore parts in for at least a month.

Does anyone know where I can source one sooner? Are they the same part as say a Renault or a Mazda for example?
