'tis a matter of personal taste. I think it's legal, and must improve airflow to the rad, so the only remaining question is do you like it? FarEastender uses a stick on (or should that be strap-on). Personally I prefer a small plate in the normal place. Some run without front plates without too much hassle from the BiB too.
Well mine's very small. In fact the MOT man looked at it and reckoned it wasn't fit for purpose, so I keep a regular sized one in the boot to please him. There's a pic on the best cerb pic thread but I'm using the phone so can't easily link it. Being only 5 characters it's not very wide so had to make new holes. Looks ok though and the wife hasn't complained.
Then again she doesn't moan either (sorry folks been on the beers

Okay lets see your tiny tiny one please do you have actual measurments so that i can go see if I can get one the same size as yours at least then when I am asked when driving past young jelous louts and they say "bet uyou have a small penis" I can tell them "ep just like my number plate"!!!! Cheers
To me the only car that can carry off a bonnet mounted, stick on plate is an E Type Jag, sorry IMO they look s**t on Cerbs.
My front plate is two thirds legal size and I've never been pulled for it in over 4.5 years maybe cus it doesn't look too out of place and obvious on a Cerb as well as helping airflow.

Just my view

Ok just got home and measured it, it's 11 inches long (28cm) x 8.5cm in girth.
To put that into perspective, my rear plate, which I think is the standard size, is about 51.5cm x 11cm. TBH they don't come much smaller than this, here's a pic. I had the old holes filled in when the front was painted.

I got it from craigs plates and it's classed as a show plate (not for road use) but I don't think it looks illegal - speedcams shouldn't have a problem with it (given a fast enough shutter speed
).
edit: yes it is slightly crooked
