Central venues

Dear all

Am TRYING to organize a christmas "do" for the biker banter group yet I appear to be failing miserably to comply with cost/ location issues. I would like to make the venue central so members from the whole country have at least a chance of attending and keep costs to a minimum yet standards reasonable. So far a few of us would like to meet at the Belfy near B'ham on the weekend of the NEC bike show so more applicants for that would be most welcome ( please see our forum posts).All suggestions welcome and possibly a reality check that what I'm trying to achieve is ridiculous
