AP BBK 6 Pots calipers with stock discs - is this possible
Discussion
In answer to your question I haven't a clue.
Bit a of background info for you though. AP did a BBK for the E39 M5 with factory 18inch alloys, the kit came with smaller 343mm discs instead of the 350mm discs that the kit came with for installation on the M3. Would these smaller discs fit on your car?
If no one posts the answer, I'd suggest contacting AP or speak to Thorney Motorsport (where I got my E39 kit from).

No idea with your car but the e46 AP calliper was designed to fit under stock M3 18 rims with the new bigger disc so if you can get the calliper to work with stock discs 18 rims wil fit over them.
But I think AP callipers are probably too big for stock M3 discs so beware
not sure the benefit however as the best gain is from the extra cooling that the bigger disc gives you. The stock callpers are otherwise pretty good
