Turbo m3 info

Hello I'm wondering if anyone has any info on how much a tuner in England can turbo an m3!
I always see the Americans and the sweeds turbo the m3 or similar to the m3 which looks dame outright insane!!! And I want one
would it be cheaper to buy one from another country right hand drive and ship it across or some company in England to do the job
does anyone know of any company which would do this apart from ca auto who don't do it any more?
Any price info? Which would be the best to do.... E36 m3
