Does anyone know where I can get hold of some black wheel paint, either in W. Yorks. or online. Had a search but everywhere only seems to do silver?

Cheers,
Dienamic.

I used Halfords rattle cans when i did mine.

The usual - prep the surface well, apply multiple thin coats (key between coats), then a couple of coats of laquer over the top.

I wondered about that, with a proper whell laquer over the top. Were the results OK?

Yeah no problems at all. There's a picture on my profile (the mx5 in my garage) taken just after i'd painted them.

Still going strong now 18 months later

Im able to do the black and primer, as much as you want.

Drop me a pm with what you need and ill price it up with delivery.

Its all ready for use, cellulose based, in easy pour bottles.

Can even supply lacquer to go over the top.
