Looking at a year old 330d convertable (new shape) - Has anyone had one, what was the experience like?

fancy a convertable - fancy the torque, and a cruise into work rather than high revs.

So, lets see - they look quite good, go quite good. They don't sound good with the roof up. They'll sound even worse with the roof down. A very strange choice of convertible.

Although I was following something even worse this morning, a 320d convertible.

My wife has a year old 320d Convertible and it's a very, very good car.

No diesel noises that really matter, roof up or down (I suspect those who suggest there is have never actually driven one wink ) and it drives a whole load better than the 320 petrol as the engine has significant more punch to pull the car along.

I'd have no problem with a 330D vert - but I also drive a tractor so what do I know wink

funny you should say that, but I also have a defender G4 TD5 so anything will be quieter and more refined¬!
