E46 M3 Powerfold Mirror Change Over

Has anyone done the powerfold mirror changeover on the M3? I have fitted mine and they work fine, but I haven't done any coding yet. I see that there is a powerfold module, item 2 in the link below:

The module is supposedly located behind the glovebox. I haven't checked my car yet to see if it has one and most of the stuff on the net is for guys who don't have M3s. So does anyone know if the car would be prewired for this module? I presume this is what controls the powerfold on the convenience closure.
