Trying to remember a couple of games. Help

Watching Wild Wild West a few days back I recall a game from a few years back that was a bit 'Cyberpunk' and had a chap riding around
on a steam powered wheelchair. Full 3d - Quake engine?


Another and very obscure 3d (ish) around 1996 +/- a few years was the charactor trying to escape from elephant(?) guards that used to hit you oever the head with a cattle prod style truncheon. French? (I am not making this up honestly). The game was only a short demo.

That looks like the one

The first one is a full 3d fighting military style game. loosely 1st world war based.

Agreed, first game I ever played with that GTA style of freedom to do almost whatever you wanted.
