Just a quick one My wife needs a car we can get 3 baby seats into across the back seat, she likes the Freelander and as it will be full of kid's it wont be a new one but about 5 years old ( last design ) so will 3 baby seats fit ?
2 baby seats (for up to 4yo) and a booster seat (for 4yo+) was a stretch in Dad's Discovery 2. There was a fraction more space in my P38, but it doesn't have a proper centre seat belt.
We have an L322 Rangie, and with two forward facing seats (both Britax, one for a 2yr old one for a 4yr old) there's not enough room to get a third inbetween so I can't see you'd manage it with a FL.
I've been looking at cars with a similar view point and very few will do it. The Freelander is one of the ones that won't. How small are the sprogs OP? Beyond 3 years old the seats seem to get much less bulky.
Which one? And how old (if you don't mind me asking) are your kids? SWMBO is expecting twins and we have a 2 year old already and I really don't want a people carrier.
