Help in locating someone in Brighton area ???

I am currently trying to get hold of a man who lives in the Brighton area, who happens to be selling some land quite close to where I live in Ireland. He has a very unusual name, which should make tracking him down somewhat easier, but google is not giving me any definite leads. I had his work number (landline), but it is no longer in service. For obvious reasons I dont want to put his name into a public forum, but I could do with some ideas to track this guy down.
