Given that there are postal problems, and a lot of mail is going astray, has anyone else noticed how aggressive some of the utility compnaies are becoming, specifically in this case BT? Had a bill from them on the 8th September, a payment is late notice on the 18th, and a final reminder on the 24th! Wouldn't mind if their service wasn't so effing awful in the first place! banghead

Bit of a left field suggestion that may work:

Pay your bill when its due.
