Colour Coded Rear deck cover
Discussion
Finally decided to paint the matt black cover over the rear deck yesterday. Did it along with a new SE front bumper and spoiler (not yet fitted).

Dave how did you go about making the rear lid, am sorry if I missed any of your posts on it if you did say. I assume you made a positive and got the guys to make a mould off it?

Nope Kylie, it's my old deck cover. On the last of the 1990 my turbo UK cars, this is what the rear end looked like except the cover was matt black (the slightly raised bit with the two square cut outs). I simply took it off the rear deck lid and had it colour coded when my new SE/S300 front bumper was painted last week. The new bumper will be fitted in the next month. The S300 side spats haven't been fitted yet until I decide to fit wheel arch extensions.
Cheers,
