Anyone driven the Evo Triangle?

looking at the roads section the Evo Triangle, looks amazing to drive, thinking about a hoon this weekend, anyone driven it??

Yes , 2 years ago, it was good fun. johnbear is the PH authority on the EVO triange...on his home patch and used to regularly organise runs.

I'm a semi regular

Expect to ground out your exhaust a couple of times!

Great road - open so you can see and it effectivly goes nowhere so rarely anyone on it.

I actually prefer the llanberris pass (check spelling!) but you need to pick your time to avoid pensioners and caravans.

Usually run it 2/3 times a year amazing in the dry and potentially very challeging in the wet, and great to combine this with Llangurig area for some superb driving.
Keep eye open for standing water where the cambers change on the Southern section, even when the rest is dry you can sometimes get water running across the road in the dips!
